Did you say a newsletter? We sure did say a newsletter and it will officially be our first via a subscription. The HOOFS2010 team is gearing up for a regular monthly newsletter, it will be packed with a whole lot of ongoing updates and information regarding everything that the team is up to plus anything that is Wild Matters related.
It is you our supporters that we are wanting to reach out to on a more personal basis and that will be via our newsletter subscription. Last month we put out a post on all our Facebook pages and groups inviting you all to sign up to our upcoming newsletter. Many of you jumped right in and said "YES" to receiving the Wild Matters newsletter via email and we thank you for doing so.
I am certain our website designers have got it all figured out, at least I think they have, because I know absolutely nothing about all that techie stuff, they've assured me all good. Personally I'm excited for our Wild Matters to kick off because it is something I have been wanting to do for such a long time, I lack the skills to be able to put it together plus I am already doing plenty, so taking on yet another task is simply not doable.
In the last 12 months a whole lot has changed for HOOFS2010, we've grown in leaps and bounds, we're doing things we never thought was possible, it sometimes feels surreal. With every change, comes another step forward, more growth and whilst that is all moving right along I also see our biggest goal sneaking right in and becoming even closer.
Our Wild Horse Safe House Land Project may seem like it is walking along at a slow pace, in actual fact it is trotting. We have raised $183,000 since we first kicked it off and that has been because of the effort of everyone who supports and believes in all we are doing. We will make it happen and when it does it will be the biggest get together of Brumby supporters ever!
