HOOFS2010 REHOMING PROGRAM
Our flagship program, the HOOFS2010 Brumby Rehoming Program, is dedicated to finding loving homes for Brumbies while ensuring they receive essential training and care. Through this initiative, Brumbies are prepared for their new lives with basic training, ensuring a smooth transition to domestication.

Brumbies in our rehoming program undergo comprehensive preparation. They are acclimated to domestic fencing, ensuring they are comfortable and secure in their new environments. Additionally, each Brumby receives thorough veterinary care, including gelding, microchipping, branding, vaccinations, and deworming, guaranteeing their health and well-being.

Our team focuses on equipping Brumbies with essential skills for domestic life. These horses are trained to be caught in the paddock, lead, tie up, pick up their hooves, and load into trailers, fostering positive interactions with humans and facilitating ease of handling.
General Information
Our rehoming process is straightforward and compassionate. There are no application fees for those interested in providing a forever home to one of our Brumbies.
Simply submit an expression of interest and schedule a visit to our sanctuary to meet our residents. To be considered, potential owners must provide two written references from equine professionals. Once approved, the completion of necessary paperwork and a signed lease agreement finalizes the process.
We notify applicants once approval is granted, and arrangements for collection of the chosen horse can be made.
