HOW CAN YOU SUPPORT THE WORK WE DO

PARTNER WITH US

HELP OUR OLD FRIENDS SURVIVE by partnering with us to support the work we do. Here at HOOFS2010 we seek ongoing support, and as a registered Australian charity, our work solely relies on fundraising projects and the generous donations that we so graciously receive from people who step out to support the work we do with Brumbies. Partnering with us to Help Our Old Friends Survive is simple. Whether you are a business that can donate goods for our fundraising campaigns, can provide equine supplies on an ongoing basis or can round the staff up to donate a buck or two on a regular basis, your generosity is welcomed and appreciated.

FUNDRAISE ON OUR BEHALF

We welcome your ideas on hosting your own fundraiser.  These kinds of fundraisers are for anyone that wishes to take part and raise much-needed funds for HOOFS2010 Inc. They're easy to do and you have the freedom to organise and run your own event in your own time and in whatever format you choose. Your imagination can be endless with how to do this.

Here are a few ideas to give you some inspiration.

  • Get together in your own home or in your workplace for a morning or afternoon tea with a donation of a gold coin or more

  • A horse club activity - perhaps a talk if your a horse professional on a relevant topic with an entrance fee, then donate the total fee amount

  • Have items to sell and attend markets

  • Host an online Facebook Party or Live FB workshop

  • Host a direct selling shin ding and donate your hostess bonuses

  • Have a garage sale and donate the funds

  • You're a professional Busker

  • Arrange a chocolate drive

  • Family and or work monetary collection

  • Donation of goods and gifts that Hoofs can use for raffles and or auctions

  • Community BBQ and sausage sizzle

  • Craft session - you and your friends are creative people and can make gifts to donate

HOOFS2010 can help with advertising your fundraiser or event so please get in contact with us to let us know what your ideas and plans are. Not everyone owns a horse or needs to have any horse knowledge or experience, it may simply be that you just love horses and would like to help!

LEAVE HOOFS2010 a BEQUEST

Bequests are a vital part of HOOFS2010 and the Brumbies we support, care and re-home. By leaving HOOFS2010 a gift in your Will you will help us to continue our work with the Australian Brumbies in need.

HOOFS2010 is a registered Australian charity, our work relies on the donated generosity of the public to rescue and care of the many Brumbies that we take in that would otherwise be sent to slaughter or euthanized.

Why do people leave bequests?
Bequests are often made to HOOFS2010 by people who are passionate and truly care about the welfare of our Australian Heritage Brumbies, these generous people are aware of the work that the HOOFS2010 teams undertake.

Bequests come in all kinds. Some are specified amounts of money and some are items of property. Other kinds of bequests may include a percentage of an estate or the remainder of an estate once family, friends and taxes are distributed.

HOOFS2010 suggests seeking the right advice when considering a Bequest
We suggest arranging an appointment with your legal adviser when drawing up your Will as they will advise you on the correct wording to use

If you have an offer and would like to partner with us, are interested in fundraising on our behalf or are considering a Bequest and would like to have chat with us then reach out to us, we are happy to discuss your ideas.
